These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of tivockdetailing.com, the mobile auto detailing services provided by Tivock Detailing, and the Tivock Detailing SMS text messaging program. By using our website, booking a service, or joining our SMS program, you agree to these terms.
SMS marketing program
Program name: Tivock Detailing SMS.
Program description: When you opt in, you will receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Tivock Detailing. Messages may include special offers, discounts, promotions, and information about Tivock Detailing's vehicle detailing services. You can opt in on our SMS sign-up page.
- Message frequency: up to 2 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at (678) 224-1670 or info@tivockdetailing.com.
- Opt out: reply STOP to opt out and cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further marketing messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Participation in SMS marketing is optional and is not required to purchase any services.
- Your SMS information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Detailing services
Tivock Detailing is a mobile service operating in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We come to your home, apartment or office. Exterior and full detail services may require access to water and power at the service location; if these are not available, we may recommend an interior-only service.
Prices shown on our website are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition and the services requested. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle, and some stains, scratches or damage may not be fully removable.
Booking, rescheduling and cancellations
Appointments are booked through our online booking provider (Square) or by contacting us directly. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any booking policies shown at the time you book also apply.
Customer responsibilities
Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before service and make sure we have safe access to the vehicle. Tivock Detailing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
Website use
Website content, including text, logos and photos, belongs to Tivock Detailing and may not be copied without permission. We try to keep information on the website accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tivock Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services or SMS program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
