Service information such as your vehicle type, requested services, appointment details and service address.

Booking and contact services

Online bookings are handled by our booking provider, Square. Information you enter there is also subject to Square's privacy policy. When you call, text or email us, we use the information you provide only to respond to you and provide our services.

If you join our SMS program, we use your mobile number to send marketing and promotional text messages from Tivock Detailing, up to 2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Tivock Detailing does not sell, rent, or share SMS/text-message opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as secure (encrypted) connections and restricted access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
